- Hardware Upgrades: Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as necessary.
- Remote Access Support: Support remote access solutions for employees.
- Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Security Management: Assist in monitoring and managing security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Documentation: Document standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.

- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C++;...), cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, and Azure).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (both verbal & written)
- Attention to detail and ability to work on a schedule.
